We are one of the leading manufacturers of fabricated equipment in Gujarat (India) and have biggest fabrication shop in Vadodara.

We are approved by EIL for fabrication of Pressure Vessels & Heat Exchangers.We are manufacturing the items from C.S. Alloy Steel & Stainless Steel confirming to API/ASME/ISS/IBR/TEMA specifications. We have in the last couple of years fabricated & supplied several equipments confirming to the relevant codes & standard to various industries.

We have our own design & drawing facilities to cater to the needs of the clients in detailing as per the relevant Codes and Standards applicable for manufacture of the above equipments.

We have been approved by All India Technical Development Committee at their 57th meet at Cochin on 27/28.01.2000 who is representing 53 member organization of Petrochemical, Petroleum and Fertilizer Industries throughout India.

We have a team of highly qualified & dedicated engineers to take up challenging assignments. We have carried out equipment fabrication jobs for M/s. Reliance Industries Limited projects which include Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Columns, and IBR Heat Exchangers etc. We are regularly supplying equipments to RIL and have more than 100 installed equipments in RIL, we have also supplied around 70-80 equipments of various size to RIL/RPL Refinery. We have fabricated for GNFC for their Methanol project 3 columns having dimensions up to 2.5 meter diameter, 61 meter length and 150 MT weight and have also recently fabricated 5 columns for IOCL-Haldia having dimensions up to 4 meter diameter, 45 meter length & 80 MT weight in SS316L and NACE metallurgy. We have also supplied 40 equipments to IOCL paradeep, ISBP-Panipat recently.


We have also executed jobs for department of atomic energy for fabrication of high pressure synthesis gas cooler & inlet cone assembly in low alloy steel construction under M/s. Lloyd’s Inspection. The hydro test pressure of these coolers was 1050 Kg/cm2 & for inlet cone assembly was 230 Kg/cm2. This is perhaps for the first time that cooler with such a high pressure have been fabricated indigenously. We have supplied 8 nos. CS & SS heat exchangers to M/s. Kochi Refineries Ltd. having HIC requirements. We are also executing a major order for M/s. JSPL Orissa consisting of big columns, heat exchangers and pressure vessels totaling 71 equipments for their Coal Gasification Project. The total value of JSPL project order is around 40 crores. We have also recently executed monel clad columns for Reliance Industries Limited for their Dahej and Vadodara plants.
